Very nice owners. Great breakfast and conversation. If you are looking for relaxed, clean and casual accommodation near Talkeetna or Denali park Rodney and Renee's B&B might be just the spot. Rates are fair and the view of Denali out back is excellent - as is the star-packed sky if you happen to stop in over the non-summer months. =) Renee's cooking is honest and reflect's her straight-forward no fuss, approach to life, with handpicked berrries from their sprawling property to boot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This place was clean, well kept, very comfortable AND right on the way to Denali. The hostess was pleasant and we really loved visiting with her. We would recommend Mckinley View B&B to anyone traveling north of Anchorage! Fantastic place to stay! Cozy, unique and very clean rooms. Huge property with a pond, benches and tables and of course the amazing view of the Denali. The owner are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The Breakfast is great too: eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, pancakes, fruits, jam, coffee, and so on... Would go back there anytime and recommend to everybody. Supermarket about 15 min south and the Denali NP about 2 hours north.
